About The Retreat

Join us for an intimate 7-day yoga and mindfulness retreat set in this paradise overlooking the ​turquoise waters of the Ionian coast.  

Jen Landesberg (Blessed Yoga) will guide you through two daily yoga practices, helping you to reconnect with yourself and progress in your yoga practice.

The retreat schedule will direct you, step by step, on your journey towards building resilient foundations for long-lasting habits and becoming your healthier, stronger and happier self.

Discover new self-help techniques that can be easily integrated into your daily routine. As you learn to use new tools like breathing and mindfulness practices, Karolina will aid you in releasing blocked emotions, easing stress and relieving anxiety.

Culinary Experience

Delicious pescatarian cuisine, based on a PH alkaline diet of locally sourced, seasonal, organic ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared from the freshest foods found on this island and nearby surroundings. Experience a healthy food journey through Greek culinary culture and heritage.

 

Prepare your taste buds for the sublime vegetarian eggplant moussaka with a light soya cream, colourful Greek salads, Santorini’s fava with spring onion and grape sauce and the best baklava on the island. 

To fully appreciate this festival of flavours, you will learn to listen to your body and hear its messages. Mindful eating will allow you to take control of your eating habits and experience food like never before.

 

Your Hosts

Jen Landesberg

Jen found her love of yoga in 2017 on her yoga teacher training in California. Whilst studying for her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she signed up to a yoga teacher training having never practiced yoga before. Jen instantly fell in love with the practice of yoga, a discipline that merged all her passions into one;  the mind, body and spirituality. 

 

Blessed Yoga was born with the aim of building a community of like-minded individuals from all over the world. That community has now grown to over 140K people. The “Blessed Yoga” way of teaching is creative and nuanced, as well as dynamic and accessible. She believes that the seriousness of yoga can sometimes be a repellent for those who want to build a practice and tries to combat that with her fun, loving and modern approach. Yoga transformed Jen’s life and her goal is to inspire others to change their own lives through the practice of yoga too.

Karolina Mackova

Karolina completed her Yoga Teacher Training in the Yogpeeth Ashram, Rishikesh, India, in 2015. It is here that she discovered the tremendous potential of this ancient practice. 

 

Karolina’s focus is on the body-mind connection. Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, she has helped her clients relieve conditions like insomnia, depression or various eating disorders. 

 

Karolina will teach you how to access and cultivate a natural capacity for actively caring for yourself and finding balance, ease, and peace of mind.

 

While practicing various kinds of mindfulness meditation, listening to the calming sound of Karolina’s voice, you will learn how to approach your life with more compassion, energy, understanding and enthusiasm. You will develop the ability to cope more effectively with both short-term and long-term stressful situations.
