In accordance with UK and EU Government Guidelines, It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of all mandatory Covid-19 travel requirements, including test requirements, before you fly. Ensure you're aware of mandatory C19 travel requirements & passenger locator forms before you travel.


You will be able to pay for the entire ticket amount or you can split the payment into 6 monthly instalments if booking your ticket before the end of March 2022.

You will be able to select the "Pay in instalments" options available on the event page.

Paypal pay-in-3 is also available if you wish to split the payment into 3 monthly instalments.



To join the retreat you must have travel insurance.  Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging in on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION. Please ensure you have travel insurance that covers domestic travel and cancellations where you cannot travel due to a confirmed case of COVID-19, or you have been told to isolate. 


With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.


In case you test positive for COVID or are asked to self-isolate please inform us as soon as possible that you are no longer able to travel. We will provide evidence of your reservation in support of your claim through your travel insurance for the cost of the stay.




In case you are required to isolate upon your arrival to Italy the full length of your isolation can be spent in the retreat venue Rosa dei 4 Venti while enjoying the retreat program as usual. On the last day of your quarantine, a COVID-19 swab test will be arranged on-site. 


The structure Rosa dei 4 Venti will be equipped with COVID safety measures. 




If you cancel your trip your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. We do not offer refunds for any reason. 


In the unlikely event of the retreat cancellation due to COVID-19 travel ban or border closures, the retreat will be rescheduled to a new date. Your payment may be used as credit for this rescheduled retreat. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.


Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
